"My Experience with Their Orders"
I've placed a few orders with this company and I'm gearing up to place another one. Both of my previous orders were exactly what I wanted, and the quality is impressive for the price. Sure, it takes a couple of weeks for delivery, but that’s no biggie. They provide excellent service and the website is user-friendly. If you prefer to spend a lot more at a local store and still wait, go for it. Definitely a 5-star experience.

"Took a bit longer, but totally worth it"
I had to follow up on my order, but the team got back to me in no time. They provided the shipping details and tracking number when I requested them. The frames showed up in great condition, well-packaged, and they’re really nice quality. Plus, they look fantastic on the walls. I’d absolutely buy from them again.

"17 Days Without Shipping Details or Frame"
It's been 17 days. Still no frame and no updates on shipping. I'm planning to give them a call tomorrow. Seriously, steer clear of this place. Their service is just terrible. Honestly, I'm shocked they're still operating since they seem to have no clue what they're doing or any concern for their customers.

"Terrible Experience with Frame Company"
I had a really bad experience. I placed an order for some frames, but they never showed up. When I reached out to them, they tried to blame the courier. Naturally, I asked for a tracking number, but they didn’t provide one. After I asked for my money back, they suddenly decided to ship the frames within 24 hours. But by then, two weeks had already gone by since I made the order. Since we have to cover the shipping costs, I thought they might do something nice and refund that too. But nope, nothing at all. The customer service is awful, and the frames aren’t great either. I’ve faced similar issues like the other one-star reviewers. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I’m really let down by Frame Company and won’t be coming back. You might want to think about finding a different place for a better shopping experience.

"Delivery Delays"
I placed an order for a frame on September 13, and it didn’t show up until the 26th. I reached out via email multiple times and was misled at one point, with someone promising I’d receive the frame by the week’s end, which didn’t happen. I had a specific date in mind for needing the frame, and since it wasn’t arriving, I requested to cancel the order several times, but they still shipped it. Now I’m stuck with a frame I don’t want and have to pay to return it to the store. The frame itself is just okay; definitely not worth the price and certainly not the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend using this service again.

"Disappointing Experience"
Honestly, if I could rate this a zero, I totally would. I spent more than 20 pounds on what was advertised as a large A3 frame, but what I received was a measly 6x4 print. I always double-check before buying, and it never mentioned it would be 6x4. Not a single thing in the confirmation emails indicated that either.

"Once a Loyal Customer, Now Disappointed"
I used to be a loyal shopper with this company, but a few years ago they switched up the frame sizes I had ordered without giving me a heads-up (a different size frame doesn’t do me any good when I’ve got pricey prints for a photography show). Recently, I decided to give them another shot since they offer a nice selection of frames called Seymour. Unfortunately, they messed up again, and this time the frames I received weren’t even the Seymour ones I had picked out. I really don’t get why they can’t just let customers know when they’re out of stock on certain frames or sizes. So, I’m definitely done buying from them for good!

"Fantastic support and speedy shipping!"
I was really impressed with the fantastic support and speedy shipping! I placed an order on Amazon, and it arrived the very next day! The packaging was done with care, and everything was in great shape! I did run into a minor issue with the back of the frame, but the support team was incredibly quick and sent me a replacement in just a day! I'll surely buy from them again down the line and can't recommend them highly enough! The designs are gorgeous too! Big thanks!

"Incredible support from the customer service team"
Incredible support from the customer service team. Even though the package was packed securely and labeled as fragile, the delivery folks somehow managed to shatter the glass in the frame. I reached out to the Frame Company via email to explain the situation. They got back to me quickly with a very polite and apologetic response, asking if I wanted a replacement for the glass or a whole new frame with glass included. Just a few days later, my replacement arrived at my doorstep. Throughout the process, their communication was always professional and friendly. This is truly one of the best examples of customer care I’ve experienced from any business. Thanks a lot, and I’ll surely be coming back for more. Sean.

I got my hands on 2 white Candy frames and was super pleased with how well-made they are. They were packed up nicely and showed up right on time. I’d totally shop with Frame Company again when I’m in the market for more frames.

"Fantastic Experience"
This was my first time ordering from this company, and I’d definitely go with them again. The frame I got was priced really well (much cheaper than my usual spots) and is of solid quality. It showed up within a week of placing my order and looks just like the image on their site. The frame was securely packed in bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard, and the person who packed it smartly added clear labels to inform the courier that it was a fragile item. As a nice little bonus, there was a thank-you postcard inside featuring the cutest picture of the company dogs! It brought a smile to my face on a day when I needed a little pick-me-up.
